This Privacy Policy describes how XavinBot Dashboard ("the Service") collects, uses, and handles your data.

Data We Collect

When you log in via Discord OAuth2, we collect your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and guild (server) list. We also store server-specific settings that you configure through the dashboard in our database.

How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to authenticate you, display your servers, and allow you to manage your server settings through the dashboard. Your data is not used for any other purpose.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on our servers. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Discord OAuth2 for authentication and Cloudflare for CDN and security. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Your data persists as long as the bot remains in your server. You can request deletion of your data by removing the bot from your server and contacting us.

Cookies

We use localStorage to store authentication tokens. We do not use tracking cookies.
